About AAP Grand Rounds Every month, our physician experts from the Academy's Sections scan more than 75 journals for the most recent advances in pediatrics, summarize them, and add their expert commentary. Editorial Board members then make the final selections. Criteria for selection include methodological soundness as well as relevance to practicing pediatricians.
Why this structure? To ensure that AAP Grand Rounds is as complete and comprehensive as possible. With more then 50 specialists from dozens of medical and special-interest Academy Sections, AAP Grand Rounds is designed to ensure extensive coverage, relevant commentary and critique, and current insights.
