New Changes in 2009
After 10 years, AAP Grand Rounds Web site has undergone a redesign and new changes include:
- Quiz Cards are no longer available in print. You can download a copy of the quiz card from the Web site’s Home Page.
- CME Activity Center. The new CME center offers quick access to current and past AAP Grand Rounds quizzes. You can complete your quizzes online, claim credit and print your certificate of completion from month-to-month.
- Email Alerts. Sign up for alerts in an easy 2-step process and select the alerts you wish to receive on a monthly or daily basis.
- Manage My Account. This new section allows you to manage your user profile and passwords, locate your AAP identification number, manage email alerts and RSS Feeds, and organize article content through the “My File Cabinet” feature.
- eArchives. For your convenience, the Web site includes 1600 searchable articles dating back to 1999. Click on eArchives from the main menu.
- Weighing the Evidence. The new Weighing the Evidence center features an archive of 36 articles dating back to 1999.
- Topic Collections. Explore the Topic Collections of articles published in AAP Grand Rounds from January 2001 to the present. Within each category, further links to articles published in other AAP Journals have been included to extend your exploration of the topic area.
- Download an Entire Issue. If you have a subscription to AAP Grand Rounds, you can now download a PDF of the current month’s issue.
