These investigators from Colorado institutions evaluated laws governing access by youth to indoor tanning facilities in 5 English-speaking industrialized countries (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom) and France, and compared these to statutes addressing access to tobacco. To identify applicable laws, they used legal and Internet search engines, and solicited information from health departments and relevant professional organizations.
