With infertility treatment becoming more successful, at least 1 out of every 500 births is a triplet or higher order multiple birth.1 The purpose of this study was to determine if infants exposed to the crowded intrauterine environment of a triplet pregnancy are at a higher risk for orthopaedic deformities or complications such as cerebral palsy, birth fractures, or brachial plexus injury.
