Question: Among US children aged 6–18 years old, are those from food-insecure households less physically active than those from food-secure households?

Investigators from South Carolina and Australia analyzed data from National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES) between 2003 and 2006 to investigate the relationship between household food insecurity and physical activity in people aged 6–65 years (the results from participants <18 years old are summarized here).
