Investigators from multiple institutions analyzed data from a prospective observational cohort study conducted by the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network1 to determine the sensitivity of plain anteroposterior (AP) pelvic radiographs for identifying children with pelvic fractures or dislocations after blunt torso trauma.
