Investigators from multiple institutions in France conducted a randomized controlled trial to determine if high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is a noninferior treatment compared to nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) in treating infants with acute viral bronchiolitis (AVB).
