Investigators from multiple institutions conducted a secondary analysis of data collected as part of a prospective observational study about the accuracy of clinical decision rules for pediatric head injuries. The aim of the secondary analysis was to understand the prevalence of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) in children with head injury who present with isolated vomiting.
